Can't Stop Animation Kubuntu 14.04

Posted this in the wrong section, so let's try it here.

Try as I may I can't find a way to turn off those animations on the desktop.
The bouncing up and down little icon when you are loading an app. etc.
I thought I had it turned off in the configuration settings, but it still keeps doing it.

You'll find what you want in System Settings > Application and System Notifications > Launch Feedback under Busy Cursor. Just change it to No Busy Cursor.
