Copy and paste not working

Hi,

I have a problem just started today been fine before.

Anything i try and copy and paste does not work. IF i select a file then select copy, fine but go to the destination and select paste i just get a pop like the one in the picture.

To be clear
You are using 14.04 but with Plasma 5?

@bladeforce Are you able to copy / move files to other partitions? Are you able to copy / move files around your home partition?
If it is just your Wine partition where it fails would suggest there is a problem with read/write access. You may not have permission to copy files to Wine partition. Have you tried using root? Run Dolphin as root as check to see if you can copy files that way. If so, you will then need to change user permission for that partition.

If I try this on a read-only folder eg root, I don't get a paste option in the context menu at all, and ctrl-v does nothing

Do you get the context menu entry labelled "Paste one fIle Ctrl-V"?

Do you have any new apps affecting the clipboard? Any virtual machine software?

Very strange, i am using 14.04 and everything seems to be working now. It previously wasn't copying to any drive without the pop up
