KMail - no option for IMAP "Disconnected Mode"?

In the past, I have had good luck with using "push" notifications for incoming IMAP messages by enabling the IMAP "Disconnected Mode" in KMail.

In my new Kubuntu 14.04 installation, I can't find the option anywhere. If I turn off "Interval Mail Checking," then I don't get any new messages until I manually check for new mail. Is this option gone, or has it moved to a new location? It was always on the "Advanced" tab of the IMAP server settings dialog, but there is no such option that I can find.

Check the box "download all messages for offline use" - that is what disconnected imap does.

That box is indeed checked. But if I don't manually check for mail or turn on interval mail checking, I never get new messages.
