Icons frozen

I just noticed that the widgets are frozen, even after I unlocked the widgets, they will not move,
they are frozen to the left side of the windows, how do I get the widgets (icons) to move

are you using the "folder view" desktop layout ?

if so the icon layout is limited ,,,,,,,,right click the desktop>folder settings>icon tab ,,,,,,set as you can .

where you say "frozen to the left side of the windows" what do you mean ?

in a window like an open dolphin ,,,,,,,or on the desktop?
