Add Application To Panel?

Hi,

How would I add an application to the panel?
I created a new vertical panel on the left of desktop and want to add several applications to it.

Hi,

Got it, my problem was the panel auto-hide.
When I disable auto-hide then I could drag-n-drop applications to the panel.
