LibreOffice Writer 4.2.4.2 - Envelopes Don't Print Correctly?

Hi,

I am running Kubuntu 14.04 LTS 64Bit installed from 14.04.1 DVD fully updated.
When I try to print a standard envelope in LibreOffice Writer 4.2.4.2
the envelope does not print in the correct location on the envelope in my printer?
I have the envelope in the correct position and side in the printer.
Printer is correctly installed and is Epson WF-3520.

Anyone know how to fix the above problem?
I print an evelope once a month and would like to fix this issue.

Hmm. I have a Legal Envelope Template (.ott) and it works fine. Try mine and see if it behaves.
