Questions About Software Publishing In Ubuntu Software Store...

    Hi,

My development team would like to publish our free word game "LettersFall 4"
into the official Ubuntu software store but we have some questions:

    (1) How do we submit a DEB file for publishing in the Ubuntu software store? (a URL to an official web page would be helpful)
    (2) Will software published in the Ubuntu software store be in other Debian software stores too? (ie: Kubuntu, Xubuntu, Linux Mint, etc.)
    (3) When our software is approved for the Ubuntu software store is it entered in store immediately or we must wait for next version of OS to be released?

    Thanks!

sign up for launchpad and make a PPA its the easiest(and fastest) way to get started. users will need to add your ppa to install your software but its very simple todo. if you do end up with packages on the main ubuntu repo you can then use the ppa for staging for dailies.
