    No Bluetooth device found

    Hello again,

I have another problem in which my bluetooth adapter is not found by bluemanager or by adapters. I have the 06:00.0 Network controller: Ralink corp. RT3290 Wireless 802.11n 1T/1R PCIe and 06:00.1 Bluetooth: Ralink corp. RT3290 Bluetooth, which is a 2 in one adapter (wifi and bluetooth). As some of you may be able to tell that I used lspci to get the name of the adapter, which means is is being seen by system. I followed the directions here http://askubuntu.com/questions/36340...luetooth-13-10 but those methods did not work for me. I also found another thread (cannot remember where) where it said to compile the drivers, but I find more often than not that when I compile, I end up making it worse than the original problem I had. If anyone has a solution that does not involve compiling I would be very happy and grateful. Thank you for reading. Below is an image of what I mean.

This looks like a driver issue, which may or may not have a (manual) solution:
    https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+s...x/+bug/1189721
Seems it can't compile on recent kernels without patching, or does not pair with devices, or......

Thank you for the info. i think that is what i saw before explaining the compile procedures. I think i'll wait and see if any new updates will fix the issue.

Has anyone found a working solution to this? If so, can you please post the steps you took to make it work?
