Removing stupid calendar

I have this calendar 'stuck' on my desktop, http://askubuntu.com/questions/41089...on-kde-desktop
It is in the corner and I cannot get the 'X' to remove it.. not really helpful if I move the task bar to the top

Of course, it just changes the date on the calendar. Right click opens widget menu

Right click on the desktop then select and click on Unlock Widgets. Move the mouse cursor over the calendar until a black bar appears next to the calendar. At the bottom of the black bar there should be an X. Click on the X and the calendar should be removed. Remember to right click on the desktop, then click on Lock Widgets.
