Maximized Chrome - Drag and Drop to another screen not working

Hi,

I just installed Kubuntu 14.04 and noticed some strange behavior regarding chrome.

Problem:
When chrome is maximized, I cannot drag the whole chrome window with all tabs to another screen. The region where I would expect to be able to drag the window is above and right next to the open tabs (The blue area). (Cannot post SS with 0 posts...)
This works with chromium, but chromium doesn't recognize the totem plugins....

Any ideas on how I can fix this? (I do not want to enable "Use system title bar and borders")
