Kubuntu 14.04 crashes after 10 minutes on Gigabyte Brix Pro

I bought a Gigabyte Brix Iris Pro i7-4770R
I installed the following hardware into it:
16 GB RAM (2 * 8 GB)
1 SSD 240 GB
1 HD 1 TB

After approximately 10 minutes the system crashes with a corrupted screen (a Dell u2011 as monitor)

Can not figure out why.

Temperature measurement software indicates a stable temperature. (85 Celsius for the cpus)

Need help.
