Tablet & LUKS encryption [full disk encryption], Boot password

Hi,

I want to buy a tablet and I want to install Kubuntu on it. I also want to encrypt the complete disc. In the VM Kubuntu is asking for the password during boot (directly after the BIOS and before the usual linux login desktop). Unfortunately I haven't seen a virtual keyboard for this. How does that work for a table? Am I able to set up full disc encryption and to decrypt without a physical keyboard?

Is there an additional package that installs an onscreen keyboard during boot? It would be great if this can be implemented.

This is getting more interesting now that http://truecrypt.sourceforge.net/ is dead. Realized that the decryption can be done with an USB http://wiki.ubuntuusers.de/System_ve...Schl%C3%BCssel (German).

However, not all mobile devices have USB and it's still more inconvenient. Is there really no solution for an on-screen keyboard? Anything planned for Kubuntu Active 5?
