    KDEConnect with a different Subnet?

    Hi,
i am trying to set up KDEConnect with two different, but local subnet.

I Access with my PC where KDEConnect is installed trough LAN which is connected to a server which uses wifi to connect to the gateway. At the server i used in networkmanager the "Shared to other computers" option. So it looks like that:

    .......................--- Android Phone (KDEConnect)
    ......................v
Gateway <-- wifi <-- Server <-- lan <-- PC (KDEConnect)

Now is the Problem that my Phone and my PC are in a different subnet.
Before the Server it is 192.168.0.0 and behind 10.42.0.0, so (i think) KDEConnect is unable to find the other device.

Is there a solution how to get that work?
Bridges are not an option since wifi cant be added to a bridge.

    Greets,
    Forgath

At this point, I think it has to be on the same subnet.

Hm, I think my question wasnt right formulated.
Yes, it has to be in the same subnet.

The question is, how can i achieve this, or what workaround would be imaginable.

I am kinda lost, do you have a wifi router in between your server and gateway?

no I don't think l think there is a workaround, or rather the workaround would have to be on your end, perhaps, hardware wise.

The project is still a young one.

Nope, sorry. Thought it would be more clear that way.
The wifi router is the gateway.

            @claydoh

Yeah, the easiest way would be to buy a wifi stick for.... 10€?
But it is the last way i want to take^^ It just have to be somehow possible.
