When I turned on my computer today KDE was working correctly. Apparently for some reason it just needed to be rebooted twice. I find that strange. I understand that if you update the kernel then you have to reboot the computer but why did i have to reboot twice before it started working right. Perhaps it was just a strange fluke of my hardware or something. Everything seems fine now except that the xserver still can't get my 720P 1080i tv set to the right resolution. It thinks it should be 192 something with 1080i. the 1080i works but it should be 1360X768 but that resolution is unavailable!
Just to remind users and devs that Ubuntu and its flavors have a long way to go to be as usr friendly as they should be.
