Simple question. Is there anyway to backup everything I changed to Kubuntu (e.g. wallpaper, installed programs, activities, documents). I heard there is a way to save a disk image of the distro with all the changes made to kubuntu, so you can just re-install it later, but am not sure. Any thoughts or tutorials?

most of your settings are in your home folder if you keep that your keep your settings.. as for programs you can export a list of installed stuff from most package managers (i.e muon package manager)..
there are also ways to make live cd's out of currently installed systems as well (remastersys comes to mind)Mark Your Solved Issues [SOLVED]
