Can I install KDE 4.5 on my Kubuntu?

I have added the ppa:kubuntu-ppa/backports
and I've completed the system updates and upgraded the whole system. But still the latest version of KDE available to me is 4.11.3


This is really frustrating - none of the online tutorials work. It seems that KDE 4.5 is not available.

Can someone help me to install KDE 4.5 on kubuntu 13.10?

Another thing to consider is the dates of these tutorials. KE 4.5 was released just over 3 years ago for example.
Often these old articles become outdated as things change to both KDE and the underlying systems it ris running on.

Thanks for the replies.

What I really wanted was to add Window Tiling to my KDE Desktop.
I am running a fresh install of Kubuntu 13.10 but this option is not present on the "system Settings>window behaviour>window behaviour>advanced"

According to the system information I'm running KDE 4.11.3.
