Unable to drag windows to another desktop

Hi there

I was using KDE with ubuntu 13.04 and upgaded to 13.10 few days back.
The problem is that I am not able to drag a window in the taskbar to another desktop on the pager.

Is it intentional or some configuration change ?

Task manager is rewritten for KDE 4.11 and that option is not yet implemented.
I am using Desktop Grid effect for moving windows to another desktops. You can use this effect as screen edge action ( System settings>Workspace behavior>Screen edge).
