I'm having many problems after upgrading from 13.04 to 13.10. One of them is that I can't resize or move windows. The bar above the application window -- the one that shows the X icon for dismissing the window --is not there. Is there a particular package that is somehow missing?

Open a console and type:
Code:sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install -f
Windows no longer obstructs my view.
