VPN settings not working

I too have an issue with OpenVPN. OpenVPN plugin is installed and everything plays nice and it connect both under the command line and network manager (plasma) but I cannot get any Internet access at all. I'm on 14.04.

@hfalk, do you mean network-manager-vpnc (a "c" at the end)?
