13.1 won't access my Atrix

The phone definitely doesn't show up in Dolphin under devices. Also if I choose download with Gwenview nothing shows up.

Well I solved it but going to 12.04 on my desktop and 14.04 alpha on my laptop. 14.04 had no problems seeing or navigating my phone.
