The Atheros AR8161 alx.ko slow with 3.11.0-14

When I boot my machine with the 3.11.0-14 kernel configuration my ethernet card is very slow. I talk about less than 1/3 of the speed when I boot de machine with the 3.11.0-13 kernel configuration. Both are the default kernels form kubuntu.

What can I do to find the problem?
