A workaround is to add the 'NotShowIn=KDE;' in the /etc/xdg/autostart/pulseaudio.desktop.
Notifications
The KDE is trying to use the DimDisplay
and
A workaround is to remove the DimDisplay markings from the ~/.kde/share/config/powermanagementprofilesrc.
Mixed language
If more than one language is installed the desktop mix the languages.

A OGG video is detected as an audio file -> the KDE can't make correct thumbnail.
