Will Kubuntu 13.04 get Mesa 9.1.3 [or 9.2] as an Update?

As far as I know the newest version of Mesa (9.1.3) contains important bugfixes and performance improvements, it's a bugfix release so it should be pleasant for almost everyone... so I just asked myself if it will appear as an update but I didn't find information about this and that's why I'm asking it here
