    Changing Screensaver, Grub image, etc

First of all, I'm total a noob. I use Kubuntu for its look and security.

With that said, I wanna know if there's a program to import a .tar.bz2 screensaver (matrix). If not, an easy way to do it in terminal.

Second, if there's a program to change the bootloader image. This one I don't want to fuss with codes.

Last, my cursor doesn't fade in full screen and screensaver applications. There's a fix for it?

    Many thanks.

The '.tar.bz2' is a Tar Archive, bzip compressed. Unpack it. It could have instructions what to do with it.

The archive is from where ?

if there's a program to change the bootloader image...
    :~$ apt-cache show kde-config-grub2
    Package: kde-config-grub2

Description: Configuration module for the GRUB2 bootloader
This is a configuration module for System Settings for configuring the
