Change the Background on Kubuntu 13.04?

Hey guys,

I used to be able of doing this using the System Settings->Desktop Settings, but Desktop Settings are not in System Settings anymore, where can I change the background of my KDE Plasma?

Right click on the desktop and open Default Desktop Settings.
