Kubuntu 13.04, nvidia drivers and 2560x1440 resolution is not posible

I have fresh kubuntu 13.04 installed and want to use my nvidia drivers with my screen resolution 2560x1440. When I install the following versions:
304
310
313
The result is the same: Black screen and the monitor go out of range. What to do to fix this problem ?

The monitor is working with resolution 2560x1440 then I use Kubuntu 13.04 with nouveau drivers.

Set monitor resolution with nvidia-settings.
