Can login to wifi from 13:10 but not from 13.04

Well the title says it. On my friends wlan I can login just fine from 13.10 (latest update) but not from 13.04. This is really frustrating as 13.10 tends to crash when I am doing heavy joomla editing.

Where can I finde the stting for network manager in /home/user2 so I can copy them to /home/user1?

try removing the connection in network manager (right click the network icon in the system tray and click network management settings ) highlight the conection and remove it.
then recreate it ,,,,,,,,,dose this help?

sorry for the delay. I ahd to do the following. Delete the connection from manager. Reboot, then recreate. Now it works as it should.

Superfiaschially it seem that the 13.10 connection to a wifi router is much faster that the same connection from my 13.04.
Newer networkmanager, kernel,,,,?
