Internet connection is sometimes disabled, but not in Kubuntu

I have come here in recent weeks, many diffrent distributions, opensuse, fedora, bsd, and also on Kubuntu.
opensuse, fedora made after the installation of both the same if you tried to get into Mozilla, I pressed the shortcut icon and the page will not open! but when pressed again the page opens, on the next page the same problem and this is a continuous OFF / ON mode for Internet I do not know how to fix.

currently to be found in your Kubuntu 13.04, this problem does not even have had? what's the problem? Kubuntu has worked without any problems.

I would like to know where to fix this kind of failure if there ever will be?
Moreover, PC-to-bsd9.1 did not do this.

If I understand you correctly, you are describing a problem that exists in other distributions but in Kubuntu. Well, it's unlikely that we can be of much help -- this is, after all, a support forum for Kubuntu. But since Kubuntu is working well for you, I would encourage you to keep it, and to become a regular here on our fine forum.
