did you add the PPA's to your source list (I think you should just add 1 or the other ,,,but not sure) then update the package cache "sudo apt-get update" so apt knows the packages are their ?
Yeah I did that and still got unable to locate package but I did notice that along the way, terminal left a message saying my distro was not supported anymore(13.04) So I upgraded to 13.10 and tried it again and it worked so not sure what the deal is with that since 13.04 is only around a year old. Version 319.32 showed up in jockey so went with that for now and no more screen tears but I would like to try a newer driver at some point so i'll have to do this over again but things ae good for now. Thanks for the responces
