    cuda 5 on Kubuntu 13.04

    Hello,

is there anybody who successfully installed original cuda 5 toolkit package (see here) on Kubuntu 13.04? Successfuly = CUDA NVIDIA SDK examples are able to compile and run (see here).

What about nvidia-cuda-toolkit from this PPA? Is fully functional?

Sorry for asking, but I can not verify this, because on VirtualBox without native NVIDIA driver the CUDA is not functional.

I'm pretty sure you can't use CUDA in a VM.

Oh I thought you were running a VM for development purposes. Well look, 13.04 is a development release, not everything is fully functional yet. What problems are you running into? Can you not find packages, or can you ot find working packages?
