Reporting bugs ?!?

So where do you report bugs in Kubuntu ?
I assume this forum is not the official bug handling system.

I still have no clue after browsing this site 15 min...

Yes, this site is not for reporting bugs nor is it officially connected to Kubuntu.
For KDE bugs, including bugs for most KDE programs, you should go here: https://bugs.kde.org/
For bugs in Kubuntu's core, have a look here: https://wiki.kubuntu.org/Kubuntu/Bugs/Reporting
