            Did that once back in the 11.10 days, on the T410 I had then. After spending well over four hours learning how to do all that, the performance gains were noticeable only in a bootchart report or with a carefully-operated stopwatch. So, ah, it seems like a rather pointless exercise now, just like you mentioned earlier.
