    calligra [ex KOffice]

    Hi

I did actualize my 12.10 and have now calligra 2.6.1 in 12.10.1. My language without X is French. My language in KDE is INTERLINGUA as my English is bad. I did also install German and English UK.

Calligra comes in French as Interlingua is not yet available.

In the Calligra words commando bar, the 4 commands is «réglages» (tuning) and the first item «vérification orthographique» (spell checking). Hitting on it, I can select «paramétrer le contrôle orthographique» and select a language.

    But

there are only 2 languages to find in the selector! English and French...

No German (I accept to renounce to Interlingua... It is not really very fair, I know there is a hunspell dictionary for interlingua since years ago! But, ok, I will simplify)

In Preferentias de Systema (IA) > Controlator Orthographic , I find no way to reenter «German» (German is selected!!!)

    Kind rgds

I don't have Calligra installed, and I am not able to experiment with setting the options, but I suspect that when you installed Calligra, German was the only language you had installed on your computer. And that is why only one language shows in the selection. Now that you have installed additional languages, I think you may have to reinstall Calligra to allow it to find these languages. I could be completely wrong about this, but it is worth trying.
