    Can't find Simple Calculator

In my application launcher I have only one calculator - Kcalc.
However if I do a run command for 'calculator' I find also a simple calculator (it says 'calculate simple sums') - this one is just what I want but I can't find it in the system.
    Any ideas?

If you are able to start the simple calculator it means it is already installed. What you are missing seems to be the starter for it.
    You could try the following:
right click on the KDE-Start-Icon => Edit menu entries => Settings => Show hidden entries
If the application is installed a starter should show up in the hidden entries. (I think)

If you find yourself using the calculator often, you could add it to the taskbar. Add the quick launch taskbar app and then add the calculator launcher to that.

There is also a terminal calculator. I think that's what you are hitting...

                Sorry, it has to be:
right click on the KDE-Start-Icon => Edit menu entries => Settings => Set up Kmenu-editor => Show hidden entries

KCalc has a "Simple" mode under the "Settings" menu option.
