how to get fotoxx and Kazam running on Kubuntu 12.10

Hi Guys
I have few questions regarding installing two software fotoxx "photo editor" and Kazam "record desktop"
I installed fotoxx 13.02 on Kubuntu 12.10. when i ran it, I got this error message

fotoxx: error while loading shared libraries: libgtk-3.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I also used to run Kazam as portable app on Kubuntu 12.04 without any problem. When I switched to Kubuntu 12.10, it did not work.
"Kazam Portable App was downloaded from http://sourceforge.net/projects/portable/files/"

I got this error message

  File "./bin//kazam", line 28, in <module>
    import gtk
ImportError: No module named gtk

does anyone have any suggestions how to solve this problem?
