Hello Forum,
I am using Kubuntu 12.10 and im quite happy with it. But one thing bothers me. Coming from GNOME I'm used to have a Window of the file manager informing me about the process of copying or moving files. In Kubuntu 12.10 however there is only a notification in the notification area of the panel.
Dolphin itself does not show any information if I copy or move files.
Now I'd like to know if there is an option to make Dolphin show me a window in which the status of my Copy-process is displayed.
On searching the forum I have found this:
http://aseigo.blogspot.de/2009/01/to...-schmancy.html
But I think that this will turn of any notifications about current activities.
Thanks for answers in advance ^^
EDIT: I've just tried the above and could not even find the file specified in the post.
I checked ~/.kde/share/config/plasma-desktop-appletsrc
and ~/.kde/share/config/plasma-desktoprc
but found no option that seemed likely to help.
