KMail filtering

Hi

I have a problem with kmail filtering. Message are not filtered by text in message body. Specified text is not found.
Search by message headers works fine.

Now I use KDE 4.9.2 but I didn't use this feature previously on another versions of KDE, another Kubuntu releases or another Unix systems.

After some investigations I found following.
Messages are filtered by body only if "Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7Bit".
If message contains non-latin characters it has "Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64" and is not filtered.

But search for such messages works fine.
