Title bar dissapears when a window is maximized

When I maximize any window, the title bar dissapears. I didn't change any option, just it happened, it's a bug? how can I solve it? I try with Alt+F3->More actions and the "No border" option is checked, then I clicked it, and nothing happens, the option keeps cheked...

This is the default behaviour in plasma-netbook, you can disable it by editing ~/.kde/share/config/kwinrc and changing "BorderlessMaximizedWindows=true" to false under the [Windows] section (add the line if it is not there) and then restarting kwin by running "kwin --replace"
