    Preview for KDE?

I just found the thing about this project called ''Klook''. It seems amazing.

Is there a way to use it on Kubuntu 12.10?

Does the actual version of ROSA includes it, or is yet to be implemented? ROSA seems fine, but it's a really young distro. Better to way some more time for more stability

It works in ROSA. It works in openSUSE with a patched Dolphin and it works in Kubuntu with a patched dolphin I believe. I use it on my openSUSE install and I absolutely love it. It will be mainline KDE by 4.10 if the Feature List is to be planned (which it isn't since it was also there for 4.9.)

Rosa is one of the most beautiful KDE desktop themes. Their icons, plasma theme, wallpapers and QT theming is outstanding for its consistency and thoroughness. Some people think it looks a little too cartoony but its a great example of KDE customizability.

For me there's only one way to run a file manager and that's in detailed view mode
klook is a previewer not a document browser, you can still have dolphin in detailed view and when you want to preview something hit space to launch it in klook.
