Installing Kubuntu 12.10 on intel raid 10 (fake raid)

I'm trying to install Kubuntu on an intel raid 10 configured volume, with 4 disks. The installer automatically recognizes my raid setup and offers to use the whole drive. Since I have windows installed there, I choose the "manual" option, so it doesn't erases my windows install. It is here where i get confused, as there are entries for each of my disks, appearing as "/dev/mapper/........".

Which one of these entries should I pick to format as my /, /boot and /home partitions ?
I noticed the entries are repeated, should I use more than one per partition?

    Thank you!
