changing boot menu

How do i change the boot menu so windows 7 is to boot first then kubuntu second? Thanks for the help.

The Ubuntu repositories have a KDE gui to edit the Grub2 bootloader - the package name is kde-config-grub2:

KDE System Settings > Startup and Shutdown > GRUB2 Bootloader



The "Default Entry" is the default boot entry.
