hello, ok, My problem is: I cannot get into Kubuntu on my winxp computer from my network. I CAN access my other computers FROM Kubuntu.
this seems to be a "security" block I have not seen before. Because, from the network, I see one folder in Kubuntu named "homes". then from Kubuntu,
I see that folder and it says: "the file or folder smb://winsp/homes does not exist." I ran code: gksu server smbd restart and the terminal says:
sh: 1: server: not found.
at this point, I am lost. can anyone help?
thanks
