can't connect to wpa-protected wireless networks after upgrading to kde 4.10

i've upgraded my kde to 4.10 from kubuntu-ppa/backports, and now i can't connect to wireless networks protected with wpa/wpa2.
when i try to access the settings for an encripted network i get error message "No agents were available for this request."
i'm writing this using the non-encripted network
kubuntu 12.10

it was fix after removing and readding the networks
