Looking for new GFX Card & USB 3 Card

So, this is my current GPU
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814125297

So I'm now looking at Nvidia GFX Cards,, and I want one that supports a very new GL for around $200 USD. I was looking at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130841 but then I looked up the specs for my MOBO, and no PCIe 3

    Code:
    2 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (single max @16,dual @ x8 speed)
3 x PCIe x1 ( the PCIEx1_1 (black) is compatible with audio slot)
    2 x PCI 2.2
    http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Int...mus_II_Formula

So, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814121445 appears to be the best I could get. It supports GL 4.1, which is better than my current barely 3.0 card

I am also looking for a USB 3 card, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16815140001 has a reviewer that said it worked with debian sid

    I have a RP600V2-S-SL PowerSupply

There's no reason why you can't just buy your first choice of graphics card, as PCI-E 3.0 is backwards compatible with PCI-E 2.x.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PCI_Exp...CI_Express_3.0
In August 2007, PCI-SIG announced that PCI Express 3.0 would carry a bit rate of 8 gigatransfers per second (GT/s), and that it would be backward compatible with existing PCIe implementations.

Correct. The PCIe 3 card will work in a PCIe 2.x slot. At 2.x speeds.
