Brother DCP-115C scanner not identified in Kubuntu 12.10/64-bit

Hello everybody. I'm the first time here.
    I have Kubuntu 12.10, 64-bit version.
I have Brother DCP-115C (MFC-210C without fax) for a long time and I haven't got any problem with install scanner driver according to http://welcome.solutions.brother.com...ion_scn1a.html on any version of Kubuntu until 8.10.
On Kubuntu 12.10 the scanner is not identified at all.
    Something about my system:
    uname -a: Linux pawel-K70AC 3.6.2-030602-generic #201210121823 SMP Fri Oct 12 22:24:18 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
(but kernel is not a problem, because on original kernel from 12.10 situation is the same).
scanimage -L (even with root privilage): No scanners were identified. If you were expecting something different,
check that the scanner is plugged in, turned on and detected by the
sane-find-scanner tool (if appropriate). Please read the documentation
which came with this software (README, FAQ, manpages)
    sane-find-scanner: sane-find-scanner

    # sane-find-scanner will now attempt to detect your scanner. If the
    # result is different from what you expected, first make sure your
    # scanner is powered up and properly connected to your computer.

    # No SCSI scanners found. If you expected something different, make sure that
    # you have loaded a kernel SCSI driver for your SCSI adapter.

and as root: # sane-find-scanner will now attempt to detect your scanner. If the

Any solutions from: http://welcome.solutions.brother.com...n/faq_scn.html doesn't give any effect.
Thank's for any kind of suggestions.

PS: Sorry for my awful English.

If you are using libsane version at least 1.0.22-2ubuntu2 (or 1.0.22-7 in Debian), you have to do:
    1. Install scan driver according to: http://welcome.solutions.brother.com...ion_scn1a.html
    2. Copy or link following files under /usr/lib64/ to /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/ o
    /usr/lib64/libbrscandec2.so.1.0.0
    /usr/lib64/libbrcolm2.so.1.0.1
    /usr/lib64/libbrcolm2.so
    /usr/lib64/libbrscandec2.so.1
    /usr/lib64/libbrscandec2.so
    /usr/lib64/libbrcolm2.so.1
and following files from /usr/lib/sane/ to /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/sane/
    /usr/lib64/sane/libsane-brother2.so.1.0.7
    /usr/lib64/sane/libsane-brother2.so.1
    /usr/lib64/sane/libsane-brother2.so

Probably this solutions is usable for up-to-date version of *buntu 11.10, 12.04 and 12.10, Mint 13, and... Debian Wheezy.
Problably is usable for 32bit system too, but the correct name of dirrectory is /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/ and /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/sane/
