firefox still doesn't use dolphin for file-picker

I have kmozillahelper, and firefox-kde-support installed but firefox still won't use dolphin for file picking
any suggestions?

You *must* install both, Firefox and Kmozillahelper, from this Blueshell repository:
https://launchpad.net/~blue-shell/+archive/firefox-kde

Be sure to version-lock both packages, once installed. If Firefox should be overwritten with a firefox package from a different repository, Kde integration will not work anymore.
Instead, check back regularly on the Blueshell repository to see if there'a a new version. If there is, unlock the packages, update the packages to the newer version and then lock them again.
