    kubuntu doesn't want to update chrome

    Even if it's among the updates, it's impossible to flag for installation (see image). How is it possible?

    you are not alone ,,,,,,,I have noticed that chrome has been being "held back" in both 12.04 and 12.10 ,,,,,I have not investigated as to why yet however

        ok, thanks! I will continue using Chromium, however: Chrome is just for some feature that doesn't work on Chromium, like translator text-to-speech feature

          As of this morning chromium no longer works for me. As with chrome, if I try to use it, it reboots kde.

          16 Ram
          Close Windows and open the world!!
