Skype video not working anymore

Greetings,

I restarted using Skype as I left my wife and kids in Montreal and I need to communicate with them. Everything was working fine until I had a kernel update I think yesterday. Today I tried using my video camera on a call and it would not work. Skype does not see it anymore.

Any thoughts?

In order to get some help you need to provide some info: Kubuntu version, Kernel version, KDE version, Skype version, hardware specs and so on...
