Blue-Shell PPA Firefox no longer integrated in KDE

On three different Kubuntu 12.04 systems, I have noticed that the blue-shell PPA version of Firefox + firefox-kde-support is no longer integrated into KDE. Whenever saving a file, a gnome file dialog pops up, and downloaded files don't always open with the correct programs. Is anybody else experiencing this? Furthermore, does anyone know of a solution?

Yes download / install the oxygen theme from here

I already use that theme, and it's great, but what I need is the patched Firefox with KDE file dialogs and mimetypes. That is the part that isn't working.

The current blue-shell build of Firefox for Kubuntu 12.04 (Firefox 18.0.2) seems to be the problem. After downgrading to the patched Firefox 18.0.0 packages, the KDE dialogs and mimetypes are back, so the problem appears to be in the Firefox 18.0.2 build. I wasn't able to test the patched 18.0.1 build, since those files are no longer available from the PPA.

The recent blue-shell PPA update to Firefox 19.0.2 has solved this issue.

I can concur that FF 19.0.2 has also fixed the problem for me.
