I need QtSvg4.dll to run pylotrol

What package is QtSvg4.dll in? I need it to run pylotrol -linux launcher for Lord of The Rings Online-.
Just to remind users and devs that Ubuntu and its flavors have a long way to go to be as usr friendly as they should be.

.dll's are Windows files. See http://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?t=15757

Is this part of vcrun? If so I have all the vcruns installed via winetricks so, why is this file not working?

Not meaning to sound impolite, but this 'issue' isn't a Kubuntu/Linux one. You might get more informed responses if you ask over on http://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?t=15757 as I already posted. Unless you are the poster in that thread?

I solved this problem myself! Please see http://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?t=15757 .Wait a while as my post has to be approved by that forums moderator, then you can see how I solved it. Thanks Snowhog.
